2018 Wegene 18th Anniversary Gala

Wegene turned 18 years!!! A crowd of over 700 people were in attendance to partake in the celebration. This year we surpassed our expectations in terms of turnouts, donations, memberships and much more. The highlight of the event was the successful completion of our 2018 FIVE college graduates and high school graduates. Fidel Band provided the live entertainment for the event while DJ Mess filled the dance floor with his upbeat personality. Fitsum Mahdere did an amazing job with his singing. There were live auctions and many breath taking Wegene products for sale as well as products donated by generous donors. The Gala set forth a great platform for guests to explore how they can partner with WEF by either becoming paying members or by partaking in sponsorship auctions to pay for laptops, school supplies and fixing crumbling homes of Wegene families. THANK YOU to everyone who supported us at the 2018 Wegene 18th Anniversary Gala. We had an inspirational night filled with tears, smiles and networking. We are happy to have celebrated our journey as well as celebrate YOU..our incredible supporters!
